If you bought NIAC and it is not fit for the purpose described on this site, write to Forlais. We will handle the refund through the store that took the payment, or directly if Forlais took the sale.

Write to operations@forlais.com with the purchase date and the store receipt. Replies come from Forlais about NIAC.
